On the Group front, we started our property portfolio in 2017 with the purchase of close to 4,000 sqft of commercial Grade A office space in Shenton Way, which has been fully tenanted at above market levels since we took ownership.

Our management has considerable expertise in the areas of property investment and development, with participation in numerous projects over the years in an various capacities. We have also established a network of valued partners on both investor and developer levels which has enabled us to create opportunities from these synergies.
